Sunset Beach House is a spacious four bedroom villa for a maximum of 8 guests. We have a fixed fee for low season and high season. The price you see, is the total price, including service charges and costs. The booking period is per week. Book your dream holiday on our booking page. To confirm a reservation we require a 25% down payment, after that all bookings are final. We advise to get a travel/cancellation insurance. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Immediate payment is required for all bookings within 90 days prior to arrival.
A 500 USD/EUR security deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival which will be refunded upon departure provided there is no damage to the property or property contents.
New tourist tax regulation
Bonaire has a new tourist tax regulation. Visitors to Bonaire must pay the entry tax themselves. You can do that online on Bonairegov.com or you can pay the tax upon arrival, at the airport.
STINAPA Nature Fee
Every visitor to Bonaire, who uses the Bonaire Marine Park (the sea around Bonaire), has to pay a nature fee. All information on rates and payment can be found on STINAPA.
